If a fire breaks out in our server room, a special gas is discharged that displaces the oxygen to the ceiling, thus extinguishing the fire. The gas is non-corrosive so the servers are unharmed in the event of a fire.

Dual Power Protection
Another cause of hosting outages is power failure. We have both a $250,000 diesel powered generator and APC battery back up protection to make sure any power concerns are kept to an absolute minimum. If the power drops, we automatically switch over to APC battery power. If the outage goes on more than a few seconds, the diesel generator comes on. In the case of an extended outage, the generator can run our entire building for a week on a tank of diesel fuel. If we continue filling the tank, the generator can run indefinitely.

All this and we haven't even mentioned our staff of highly skilled and dedicated technicians who watch over the operation. We strive to give personal service.
